Kei Errico, Esq. – Associate Attorney

Kei M (Haneda) Errico is an associate attorney at Aleinik Law Firm.

Kei earned his J.D. with honors from St. John’s University School of Law and received his B.A. from University of Tokyo.

During law school, Kei focused on international law and commercial litigation. He interned at a mid-sized New Jersey commercial litigation law firm. He also completed judicial internships with two New York State Judges in Commercial Division and Appellate Division.

Prior to joining Aleinik Law Firm, Kei was an associate attorney at a boutique immigration and business law firm. He handled a diverse range of cases from securing asylum grant from Immigration Judges for detained clients to navigating business owners through the Department of Labor process to hire foreign talent.

At Aleinik Law Firm, Kei works on business and litigation matters that the firm handles, including contract, commercial and residential landlord/tenant matters, business disputes and shareholder litigations.
